
Dr. Elhanan Leheman

Dr. Elhanan Lehman completed his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He then went on to veterinary studies at the University of Padua, Italy, which he completed in 2014.
He did his thesis on the characterization of estrogen receptors in brain tissue in the Department of Neuroanatomy.
After graduating, he volunteered for several months at a street dog shelter in Karjat, India, where he was exposed to the variety and challenge of shelter medicine.
Elhanan has already acquired experience in emergency medicine and intensive care in multiple internships in emergency and internal medicine departments at the University Hospital.
Upon his return to Israel, Dr. Lehman worked in several of the largest emergency centers in Israel while specializing in intensive care and emergency care.
